I've been coming to KB for years once per month to get pedicures. Every tech I have had, with the exception of one has been wonderful. Jimmy is my favorite, he has such positive energy and does a fantastic job every time. Really accommodating and friendly staff, reasonable prices and I am always happy with the job they do.

I’ve been going to KB nails for about 10 years and I’ve been very satisfied there. Not every technician does my nails the way I like them and there have been several turnovers over the years , but I’ve always been able to find one who does my nails just the way I like them. My favorite is Terry. He is fast but very good. I’m always happy when he does my nails. Some of the technicians don’t speak a lot of English, but they are all pleasant and try to help you. I’m very comfortable there.

Love this place! Been going for years and they do and excellent job! Others have priced themselves out of my business with mediocre service.

Took my sister here for a late mothers day present. After a 20 minute wai which i dont mind we were sat. About a minute later tge guy starts scraping my sisters feet. They hadnt even soaked yet. Meanwhile my feet are soaking and another customer was sat. Tge guy doing my sisters feet is using the grater so hard shes making faces and telling him to slow down. He proceeds to start clipping toenails and filing them. Im still waiting so is the other person. When he finishes and my siter looks there is still dirt and nail polish on some of her toes. She has them fixed. Im still waiting and soneones starts working on the person that came in after me. My sisters guy starts massaging her legs and feet when its finally my turn. The lady starts clipping my nails then sends in a new guy. He finishes clipping barely files them didnt even clean under them and exfoliates in about 5 minutes flat. My sister is getting massaged this whole time. The person next to me is getting massaged as well. My guy starts massaging and hers starts painting. She gets a top coat and mine is syarting to paint. My pedi minus waiting to start was 10 minutes long. We were there for an hour and a half including the 20 minute wait to be seated. She was at the dryer for 2 whole minutes before i was. Will not recommend not go back. The whole visit felt as if we were an inconvenience. I planned to do all the extras and wasnt asked. Would have if we had been started together. Would of been a great tip too.
