Went in for a gel pedicure requesting M47 (purple/white) mood changing color and ended up with a M39 (salmon/pink) mood changing color. When confronted about their mistake, they told me I would have to pay an additional $17 for polish change FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I am livid right now.
