The woman in charge has an extremely poor customer service ethic and needs to have an attitude adjustment. Though manicurists are lovely and their workmanship is fine, dealing with the gatekeeper makes it an overall unpleasant experience. Not worth it when there are better environments nearby.

Don’t give this place your business. Was on vacation visiting my parents here with my sister (we grew up here), and decided on this place because of the reviews. We walked in through the door that very prominently read “WALK INS WELCOME,” and entered a waiting area with nobody waiting. Not one person. We asked for two manicures and pedicures, nothing crazy. We we greeted warmly with “No, sorry, we’re too busy go somewhere else,”
Excuse me? It wasn’t because they were busy (Because they weren’t), it was because my sister and I are twenty-something females who they assume won’t tip. Well, I will tell everyone I know (did I mention I’m from here) and post to every possible source how rude you are. What horrid customer service.
I hope your learn your lesson and go out of business!

This was my 2nd try at a nail salon and I was very very impressed. They are wonderful and they did such a beautiful job on my nails

Trisha, Kelly, and Kim are the best you can find. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never found a better place. The pedicures are not rushed and the foot/leg massage is wonderful! Always clean and incredibly friendly. Make sure to make an appointment, they are the most popular nail salon in the area.
