Weird atmosphere...
I walked in for a pedicure, and right from the start, I was not greeted warmly. The pedicure itself was fine, but I witnessed a terrible act of discrimination. A gay man walked in and was not addressed or greeted at all. They flat out ignored home, took other customers after him and only when he got up to leave is when they asked rudely what he wanted. Seriously, this was one of the poorest customer service.

Once again, I, a Black queer man, was left waiting in one of these nail salons while they did everyone’s nails but mine. When I got up to leave is when they noticed I existed. I only wanted a manicure. While I sat there, I was next in line. They took the white woman who walked in after me from the waiting room rather than to do my nails.

The whole staff was nice and professional. The service I got for my deluxe pedicure was absolutely perfect. The tech working on me was so attentive and made sure my nails look stunning!

I went in for a gel manicure and pedi. I usually never have a problem with their service, but today was kind of upsetting. The man had me soak my full on fingers in acetone and told me to put my fingers inside so they could soak off my gel polish. After a while it began to hurt because my fingers were entirely too big for the little cups and almost having waited an hour to be serviced was just not cool. The proper way to soak off the polish is to have cotton placed over the polish and to be wrapped with aluminum foil. I feel it's better to make an appointment with them and do not have them remove your gels
