My daughter had her nails done here today for graduation tomorrow. She even paid with her own graduation money. Not only did the nails turn out horrible, the worst I have ever seen... when I called to ask why this happened? She blamed my daughter. She said my daughter messed them up. I have pictures, but I can’t figure out how to post them. If anyone has any tips please let me know so I can post them. I never leave bad reviews, because I try to give everyone the benifit of the doubt... but when she blamed my daughter for the horrible nail job, I couldn’t believe she had the nerve. All she had to do was to tell my daughter that she couldn’t do what she wanted and that she needed a new set. Instead she took my daughters money and ruined the set she had and made the experience unpleasant for her. Her thumb nail is still throbbing with pain. She wouldn’t even listen to my concern, eventually I had to just hang up the phone. I told her that I didn’t want any money back or anything because that’s not what this is about. I just don’t think it is right to do this to people, especially a young lady for her high school graduation from CyFair ISD. I’m sure she gets lots of students and citizens from our area. I will definitely never return as I have already told her and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. I called another spot in the area who was appalled at what happened to my daughter and offered to fix the horrible nail job for a fraction of the price and was very upset about what happened to my daughter for her graduation nail day. Treat others as you would want to be treated... Words of wisdom.

I drove 25 minutes desperately in need of a refill bc my nails are coming up and this was the only place open..... was treated to rudely... people are completely incompetent. Wondering why this place is still up and running..... they also have literally 10 colors in powder color.... like they need to get with the program

The individuals working in this nail salon are extremely rude. You walk in & say hello and they look up and turn their heads. No prob, there's several other salons in the area.

The lady was so nice I want to give 5 stars.. how ever the dip nails were so lumps and uneven :( she did an amazing job on the toe polish but used the nail grinder on the bottom of my feet

00000000 stars!!!!!! I am so hurt that I had to even give them 1 star! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Do NOT go here!! She took 3 hours to do my nails and they look TERRIBLE!! The old lady didn't even clean my nails, polish everywhere! They are so lumpy and uneven!! I am so mad and upset that i have to walk around with these UGLY nails until my next day off in a week I just want to cry!!!!! They're so messed up and they wouldn't even give me my money back !! All of my nails are 10 different lengths and widths and they kept acting like nothing was wrong with them! Please save yourself the embarrassment! I wish I could post pictures!!!
