Waaaaaayyy too expensive, $70 for SNS with french. No wonder they are not busy. Came in with my 17 yr old granddaughter for a treat, told her to go. I'll get mine done elsewhere! Outrageous! Do not come here! Wouldn't even let me sit with her while getting her nails done!

Exercise extreme caution before stepping foot in this place.
It was more like a Jerry Springer episode than a spa experience. Customer service is an afterthought even from the "management."
My manicurist was rude, did not listen, and did a poor job on both my pedicure and manicure. I paid extra to have callous removal and had pointed out areas to focus on, but my feet came out looking worse than they did going in. She did a sloppy job around the cuticles on my fingers with the gel polish and left it all over the tips of them.
I was unhappy as I left for my lunch plans and called to speak to the manager not even 2 hours later. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and sub-par service, the manager was more concerned with why I had not spoken up while I was there. After defending the fact that I had plans and did not think I was going to get anywhere with the manicurist, I explained that I could either come back the next day and give someone else the opportunity to rectify the situation or that he could give me a refund.
After a maddening 5-minute phone conversation rife with excuses, he agreed to give me a full refund. I repeated what he said 2 times to make sure we were on the same page and said that I would come back right away (and across town) to pick up my $73. If I thought the phone conversation was maddening, I had no idea what was in store for me back at the "salon."
I think I am walking in to get my money and go and that I would only be out the 2 hours of my life that I lost with the entire unfortunate experience, but the manicurist had other plans.
She accosts me on my way in and tells me to sit in her chair so she could "file your [my] nails." I point to the manager and say that I am here to see him. He comes up, and I ask if he has my refund. She is behind him yelling in a language I do not understand and next thing I know is trying to come at me with a nail drill to try and forcibly remove the gel polish she had applied. I explain to the manager that I was there to retrieve the refund he had promised me, that I was not able to wait to have them fixed that day (I had offered the next on the phone), and that I did not understand what was happening. He said that he needed to also please his sister (aka rude manicurist with nail drill) and that I needed to sit down and have my toe nail polish removed before he would give me my money, even though that was not the issue (I had told him on the phone that there was nothing wrong with the toe nail polish, but that they needed to redo the callus removal and scrubbing).
I explain how absurd the entire situation is and that he did not tell me that this would be required on the phone, but ultimately agree to sit for no more than 2 minutes to have him take the non-problematic toe nail polish off to appease the sister, who is still trying to come at me with a nail drill.
I have never experienced anything like this in 2 decades of getting manicures and pedicures. I thankfully, but barely, escaped having my fingernails utterly destroyed by a woman who was screaming "you never come back here!!"
Trust me, I won't. Unless you (nice review reader) want to experience something similar or support an establishment that would conduct themselves this way, you shouldn't either.

The staff is nice here and I was happy with my pedicure would not recommend for gel nails. I’ve gotten my nails done here the last few months and every time I’ve had to go back for chipped nails after a few days.
Very dissatisfied with my last visit. I chose a light pink gel color she had to redo my right hand because the color was so patchy and wasn’t sticking like it should’ve. A few days later some of my nails were already chipping. I didn’t bother to go back to get it fixed. A week later now almost every nail has chipped. My point is that she could tell that the color wasn’t working like it should because it wasn’t even adhering at the moment surely she could tell that it wasn’t going to last long, She should’ve offered to redo with another color because here I am a week later with chipped nails when a gel usually lasts me 3 weeks. This is just unacceptable for the price of a gel manicure. I will return for a pedicure only

Why are your hours listed as closing at 7pm if you lock your doors at 6:15. All I wanted was a polish change and there was only 1 patron inside the facility. 👎
