I am not the type of person to give reviews whether good or bad but my God these are the absolute worst people I’ve ever had I go in for a Full set no one says hello everyone is rude i had 2 nails that needed to be soaked off and the woman I got comes up to me without saying a word grabs my hand and pushes an acrylic nail thru ripping my real nail in half! I left and went across the street to Paris Nails where they took off the other nail very gentle and did a beautiful set. It’s disgusting to me that Tips & Toes even has clients they are always rude the owner should be ashamed of herself for being such a miserable human being if i could give them a -100 stars I would save ur self some time and go to PARIS nails

I made an appointment for myself and 4 girls for manicures at 1 oclock and our last person was not serviced until 2 pm. There is a gap between my nails that looks like they have been grown out for a week. Would not recommend...sorry

Worst manicure I've ever had. No massage to speak of and it was 36 dollars because they removed gel to do a regular manicure. The polish was old or something and was uneven and bubbly in spots. I've seen better paint jobs by 5 yr olds too. Also for a wax and still have a ton of hair. I will not be back. What a waste of time and money!

Queen Creek shop: Looking for a new nail shop as we just moved to the area, I walked in at 5:22 pm and they were due to close at 6. So my expectations were low that they could fit me in. Two women worked on me at the same time as I needed nails and toes done. They hardly spoke English around me...and that really bothers me. No conversing with me, just each other. When English was spoken, they spoke to me rudely at times. The place was really dirty. To get acrylics refilled and a pedicure in 25 minutes is absolutely unheard of! All the tools she used on me were dirty. And I’d gotten fungus under one nail that I didn’t know about from cleaning. She just removed the acrylic and used her dirty tools on me and said the fungus would grow out. She didn’t put anything on it to kill it.
She tried to “force” me to get a deluxe pedicure when all I wanted was a basic pedicure.
So folks, you might be getting a fungus because I don’t think they clean those tools!
When cashing out, the owner asked if I didn’t have cash. Rude, just rude.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this kind of shop scares me. It’s truly the kind of place that would be referred to as a “chop” shop.
No matter how desperate, never going to one of their shops again!
Buyer beware!

Linda is great. My nails have greatly improved since I have been going to her for the last three months.
