First time going in and they were very polite and seated me almost immediately. I had heard about them and after salons were able to open back up I went to check them out. They did even better than what I had asked for my nails. I showed them a picture and it was absolutely perfect to what I was wanting done!!!

OMG !!! Chi Nails was recommended to me last week. I'm so glad I'm came. Everyone SUPER friendly. They are quick and do an excellent job. Like a fine oiled machine. I will be back !!!!!

So relaxing. Such a great experience. My gel manicure was amazing. Was offered wine during my visit. Whatttttt! Living my best life

First ever pedicure. I treated my lady to a New Year's pedicure and figured that I would join in. I've been going with her for her pedicures for 8 years or so.
In a bout of irony, she had a guy do her pedicure and I had a tiny lady for mine. I'm a large guy...6'4" and around 270 pounds.
Trust me on this. Get a guy to do your pedicure, if you are a guy. My girlfriend's pedicurist (is that a word?) gave her a 10x better experience than I had. Much more time on the foot/leg massage.
I need to return ASAP. The cheese grater doohickey got down to bare skin and my heels were still undignified. Only so much is possible when faced with feet that only sport flip-flops all year. I can't complain too much.
This is a busy place. That's a good thing. It means that people keep coming back for a good experience. I can give a nod to that. Very friendly folks and a clean place. I'll get back for another pedicure when I get the chance.

My pedicure is really disappointing. They do not include basic foot care, leaving my skin looking cracked, only using one coat, and otherwise doing a subpar job. I’m happy to pay extra for services like callous treatment, but to require additional services in order to leave with a decent job is a bit much. Even further, my friend got the extra and her Pedí left her looking more cracked than when we arrived 🙈🙈 Really disappointed and hoping they get into a better groove as states re-open and we’re excited for post social distancing spa days!
