I went to DND one day on a whim because my usual Salon I go to wasn’t open on time and I was on a time crunch. I’ve been going back since and dumped my old salon. Wendy does such an amazing job and is always killing it on my nail needs! She and her shop definitely have a new repeat customer for life!

This was the absolute worst manicure and one of the worst nail salon experiences of my life.
Willingly and patiently 30 mins (was told 20) for a fill and pedicure. Half way thru my wait I changed my mind and asked if it would be ok for me to soak my acrylic nails off and get a gel manicure. The nail lady said that would be fine. I continued to wait. On 2 different occasions i asked if they wanted to get me started soaking so that by the time it was my turn they’d be ready to go. Both times was told no.
When the nail lady finally came over, she seemed extremely annoyed that my nails would take awhile to soak off, even though i made sure it was ok and asked them to get the soaking started. She then proceeded to try to take my (very stuck on) acrylic nails by sliding a nail tip between my nail and the acrylic which was very painful and broke the natural nail underneath. When she could see that would not work…she became more annoyed that I’d have to soak them off and they had other customers waiting. After gluing my broken nail to remedy she continued the services even though I was very upset. The total came to $75
The nail she glued back together broke within 24 hours and the gel came off 3 out of 5 fingers on my right hand within 3 days into my vacation and looked HORRIBLE. Im FURIOUS and will tell everyone i know NOT TO COME HERE. If i could give zero stars I would.

1st time. & dont think ill be back. She cut my nails & a couple cuticles way too short. Still bleeding on one.. then charged me for deluxe & I didn't get deluxe or luxury. Not happy!!!
