The owner really paid attention to detail when she opened this salon. I have been going to them since they have opened and I love it. The staff is so friendly, the music is so relaxing and the courtesy adult beverages are JUST RIGHT! Keep up the great work, Ms. Tracye.

This is such a cute and classy place. The service was amazing! Great customer service from beginning to end! My nails came out so beautiful. Best part is that they were open when none of the other nail salons were and they didn't turn me away even though they were going to be closing soon. I got to meet the owner Tracy she is such a sweet lady! I will definindefbecoming back for a ladies night soon!

I went here by myself and had a wonderful experience. I was so elated that I told my mother. She went and really enjoyed herself. She then brought my sister and I along with her for a ladies night and we all had a BLAST!!! I t is a really beautiful place and the people go above and beyond. It is mostly by appointment only so plan ahead.

I decided to try a new place by my house since my normal nail tech has been unavailable. Blacked owned and operated I always try to support my own when I can. So Iwas very happy when I Stumbled upon this little gem. First let me say say the ambiance and esthetics of the place are very appealing front desk and nail staff were very professional. The reason for 3 stars is
1) my nail tech was very inexperienced despite saying she was a tech for 6yrs. I received a fill in w/no chip polish and the appt took entirely too long I was scheduled at 630pm and I did not leave til 9pm mind you I was serviced immediately. I had no where to be so not an issue but with that amount of time my nails should be flawless. They are not.
2) I had to tell her to put the powder at the top of a few of my nails. The gel was not layered properly or heavily enough because pieces of my nails have chipped the very next day. Hasn’t been 24hrs.
3) my cuticles were not tended to and my nails weren’t filed good enough after because there is
acrylic that hangs a bit over the side. I also was cut at some point but it didn’t irritate/ burn me until today.
Overall from a distance they look ok but to someone whos seasoned to getting their nails done it should be a lot better. I believe the nail tech will be fine after some practice and more training. I posted pictures below and have contacted the salon. Awaiting a response will update afterward.

I’ve debated for almost a month if I was going to post a review or not. And I decided to. First let me say this place is a beautiful place its relaxing, and for what I can see pretty clean. However I’ve scheduled my no chip mani and pedi about a month in advance in preparation for my trip to the Essence Fest In New Orleans on 7/4/2018. My appointment was for 7/3/2018. I received a call from an unknown number on 7/3/2018 about around noon. No message was left. When I got off work I decided to call the number back as I was heading to my appointment and it was Opulance telling me the young lady has to leave and will NOT be able to service me. (The Tech was referred to me from the owner) However they will try to find somebody else. I said ok go to the shop drank a glass of wine I even offered to not get my nails done just my feet my flight was leaving the next day I needed at least a Pedi. I continued to wait and was finally told I could be seen but it won’t be until 8-830pm (mind you my appointment I scheduled three weeks prior was for 4:00) I got there about 3:30Now I’m leaving for a week’s vacation in the morning not to mention I have a 1 year old son. I scheduled the appointment for my convenience in Addition I have to finish packing and catch a flight the next morning. So I told her I’ll do them myself. Now she offered me free services which I appreciate her trying to fix the problem but I came to pay AND TIP so this is really not helping when I have something planned tomorrow. I mean what if I was getting married I would have been screwed. So I say whatever schedules the appointment for when I return from my vacation. The day of my free services I get a call asking if I can come at 4 instead of 3 Once again I have a son 1 year old son I schedule things accordingly. I told her no can’t do it she wanted to reschedule I was VERY skeptical about scheduling but I said ok she’s really trying, but at this point my trip has come and gone. I go ahead and schedule the 3 appointment for the same service. Appointment day came the tech was Very nice but the first thing I notice was her appearance she was definitely not up to most salons dress policy and I’m only saying that because somebody told me that should have been my red flag there. During my pedicure she never used the nippers to clip dead skin or cuticles I had to ask her to please clip some skin that you could clearly see. Then for the amount of money the foot scrubber continued to come off the stick it’s like a sticker you apply to a stick to scrubber I feel for the amount you paying the tools could be a lot better for a $50 service it continued to come off not allowing to get a full scrub. When she began to polish it was almost like she was dripping the polish on my toes it was soooo bubbly and thick. We then proceeded to my no chip. I couldn’t remember properly but no water was used at all for my no chip, nor was there any nippers used. She filed my nails and started saying they were shaped at an angle NOT!! As I’m watching her shes filing them in an angle my nails have NEVER GROWN nor have I ever shaped them to an angle but ok I’m just ready to go at this point. She begin to apply the polish VERY thick and Lumpy she started to blame it on the polish saying to pick a different brand next time ok fine but the brand has nothing to do with your application. Its lumpy just like my feet which were two different brands. I’m now trying to go back just to have this chipped no chip removed from my nails. However their schedule is not convenient for me since services were free I guess I’ll spend money to take it off myself.
