Well last night I went in about 6:45 which I knew was a bad idea but being that I’m leaving this afternoon out of town I didn’t really have a choice. I walked in was greeted and asked what I needed done I said eyebrows & nails they sent me straight to the back to do my eye brows then they sent me to table 9 I don’t remember her name, which she started then told me one of her family members was in the hospital having a baby, well she glued the nail on half my nail then asked me which color I would like she then started putting the clear part on my nail then she had another sweet lady I think her name was Tiffany come finish my nails which I’m glad she did because she cleaned them up as best she could! But not happy about the color I thought it would be much lighter they just look black.

Must add a rave review for Nancy and Anna today! My first service with each of them. They were both attentive and meticulous in their work! Very happy with my experience today. The location never fails to impress but today I was blown away by the results! I will return to both of them. 💅

The worst service ever. I came 2 weeks ago for a full set. The person who did my nails, Amy, had the worst attitude ever. I said I did not like the color and she told me “that’s the color you picked”. RUDE. I told her that’s not what I am going to pay for so she whipped off the gel nail polish with a NAPKIN. Did not clean it off or anything. She shooed me and said, “go pick another color” we obviously had an exchange of words for sure.
I spoke to the manger about it and she was so fixated on the fact I changed the polish when I was trying to explain to her that that is not what I am complaining about, it was the customer service and the way she spoke to me.
Then at the end she asked if I wanted to join their membership... had to be a joke.

I decided to try a new nail salon so I picked this place. The lady that did my nails was rushing a soon as I got in the chair even though I had an appointment. I was unsure about the place when people kept coming in without appointments and they would say they could take them even though they were under staffed so people were waiting for a long time just to get in the chair. I asked for coffin shape ($5 extra) and as you can see this isn't coffin and it wasn't the length I also for either. The acrylic itself wasn't straight or smooth and neither was the polish. Its still see through and at the end she didn't even put a top coat! I gave this review 1 star because the lady that did my toes was so sweet and did a great job. I won't be going back there. Ever

As a licensed cosmetologist who gets regular acrylics & pedis here for months- I can tell you the place is pretty BUT not as sanitary AND they always cut my daughter and I. Multiple fingers & toes with the cuticle clipper & drills. My fingers would be sore for days but my nails looked good. The prices are not clearly presented either so you get mystery check at the end. We quit going. 😕
