Awful. There is a huge globe of clear at the end of one of my nails. Thicker than stacking 2 quarters together. Polish didn’t cover my nail. There is polish on 7 of my 10 fingers clear to my finger print. The guy rushed through my manicure which would have been fine if they would look decent. I’m mad I went here instead of going to my usual place in champaign. He wouldn’t cut them as short as I wanted either.

This is by far the worst salon I have ever been to, I will NEVER go back! They are all about taking your money no matter how long the wait is they will lie and tell you 30 minutes and then put you in chair soaking your feet for an hour just so you won't leave, I just went in for a mani pedi and got put in a chair soaking my feet in cold water in a massage chair that didn't work, sat there for 30 minutes before any one even touched my feet then the girl that did the pedicure spoke zero English, she left the nail on my bug toe jagged and when I tried to tell her 3 times she still didn't understand so I had to physically take the emery board out of her hand and fix it! Then when she was done I got left sitting in the chair waiting another 20 minutes befor I realized that there were to people ahead of me that were still waiting to get their fingers done! Finally I just paid for the pedicure and left now I have to go somewhere else to get my fingers done! 2 hours for a mani pedi is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I have been going there since 2012 wont go anywhere else. Love them! Mimi is the best.

This was my 2nd visit. My first visit in April was great, I had a young guy (believe he went by the name Chris). He was friendly, efficient & did a good job. (Although my gel nails did not last as long as I'm used to.) The 2nd time, I made the mistake of going in this past Saturday shortly after 3:00. This time I got an older guy, I believe he may have been the manager. I made the mistake of asking him if they had been busy that day and he proceeded to complain how they were way too busy, that he works 12 hours days, 6 days a week and how horrible it is that he has no life. He hurried through my pedicure and gel nails. All told I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Which is great (nobody likes to sit at the nail salon for hours) but I had to ask him to fully paint my toenails and the pedicure was very rushed and not done well. So much for a relaxing pedicure. Onto to my gel nails. He painted the gel polish on my fingernails very thick and globby, not smooth. I barely spent any time under the UV light. I wondered how long these nails would last as every other time I got gel nails there was a timer for each cycle under the UV light. Lo and behold, 3 days later, they are chipping. I'm just going to remove them myself rather than go back in. I was so hoping that I could find a high quality nail salon in Rantoul. I would not recommend this place. Guess I will keep driving to Champaign for mani/pedi's.

I got my nails done for my wedding. They did great work. Instead of red and black (my wedding colors) that I asked for, I got purple and pink.
