I went in there wanting a fill. I told them that I had sensitive nails. Yet the manicurist preceded to pick off the acrylic with tweezers pulling and nearly ripping off my fingernail. Then she used that drill and burned my cuticles. I will never go back. BAD EXPERIENCE.
