First off, I wanted to start off by saying that I NEVER go out of my way to write negative reviews anywhere. Handling a business is tough and I never want to ruin a business' reputation by being unsatisfied so I usually stop going to that place instead of writing a negative review here. Months later and this still hasn't sit right with me so I have to share. The first two times I went to this nail salon I loved it and they did a good job with my nails. However, my third time as I was getting my nails, I was speaking on the phone very quietly when another customer started attacking me verbally to get off the phone. I was caught off-guard completely and it was truly I have never seen or heard of before. The nail technician which is the CO-OWNER of the business continued to take the other customer's side (The other customer was being extremely rude by the way, in front of everyone) I just felt very attacked by this action. I tried to have a conversation with my nail tech after the other customer left and tell her how that made me feel and she did not seem to care. She even mentioned that I should stop getting my nails done here if I am unhappy with them or the services?!?!?!?! This is NOT management. This is NOT good customer service. It just isn't!!!!!!!
When I asked her if I could have a quick conversation with the manager, she said that the manager is overseas when ANOTHER nail tech told me that the lady who gave me this info is the manager of this place as well. My nail tech did not even say bye to me and the other customer received a Christmas gift and I did not? If this is not DISCRIMINATION to you then I don't know what is. If you want your customers off their phones during their appointment, LET THEM KNOW! Have signs up! It is really that simple, and if you do that and a customer disobeys the rules, then you can take action or be rude or however you want to handle the situation. I have never been treated like this or talked down on. At the end of the day we're all humans and every single one of us deserves some RESPECT!

They definitely practice social distancing and have everyone wear masks in the salon. They have wide selection of colors to choose from. . They really did a great job on my nails and toes. My nails looked beautiful . Price was very good for their quality job.

I came here because a friend recommended. I got two techs worked on my dip powder and pedicure. They were absolutely fantastic. My nails shaped perfect and my dip was just right . I loved the natural look . The pedicurist was so thorough with my pedicure, her magic massage was amazing. They followed all Safety precautions for Covid.

Everyone was real nice. Nancy did an excellent job! This was my first time here. Nice place also and easy to find. I felt pampered! Will definitely come back.

Lee or Li was just nice and professional. I walked in last minute and she still was pleasant. I enjoy my Lime Zest pedicure and will come...thanks again...
