Just don’t go here… the young girl who did my nails (SNS) was nice & did an ok job and didn’t hurt me, but they do look grown out after only 5 days. But that’s now where my main problem is.. This place looks very dirty. Flies flying around everywhere. Saw a bug crawling on my table where i was getting my nails done when i was there. I got my toe nails just painted with gel & tips on my big toes which i inquired if they’d be able to do beforehand. It took over an hour or more on just the toes and i didn’t even get a pedicure. She was extremely rough and literally at one point sanding my skin not even my toenails. She made my toes sore and bleed and now my toe literally hurts and after 3 days my left toe nail fell off. They are so thick, uneven and hurt. And my gel toe nail polish on my pinky toe fell off. Mind you this was $50! Same price as my SNS on my fingernails with tips? For her to hurt me and the nails to fall off after two days . When i asked how much longer on my toes because it had been over an hour plus she was really hurting me; the older lady was clearly very frustrated and I knew she was talking bad about me in her own language with how she was speaking. And after all that time the acrylic is still thick and uneven on my toes, skin sanded down. Don’t go here, use your hard earned money elsewhere & definitely DON’T see the older lady. I will be calling for a refund on my toe nails, they do not give refunds, only redos. But i do not want to return. So be very aware!!!! Do not go here!

Came in to get nails done. Girl that was doing mine at table 2 saw I needed a couple repairs and then put my hands in take off acetone and left me for another client. Never said anythjng. . Was about to leave and a nice employee came to finish my nails. Got my toes did as well. In total 3.5 hours to get them done. Makes no sense. I know I won’t be back.

Went in to get a basic acrylic set. The nail on the right was what I left with and the nail on the left was MY WORK after I left and was embarrassed so I went and bought a good file to fix them myself. That white woman they have working in there. Don’t let her do your acrylic set! She needs to be sticking to basic mani and pedis. She has no idea what she’s doing when it comes to acrylics and it’s way too much money to be doing their work for them when I leave the salon. Absolutely will not be returning

Always ask for Trinity of Kelly. They're amazing and they MAKE this establishment.
