Extremely disappointed! I've spent $120-$130 the last two times I've been here for a manicure and pedicure. I wasn't happy after my first visit with my nails, but went back because a coworker highly recommended them. My second visit Mimi did my nails, and I was very happy, as she did an excellent job. I went today, which was my third visit to get my nails done and the young man who was going to do them wasn't friendly to begin with... then he was extremely rude and condescending to me as he began doing my nails. I got up and walked out!! Who treats a paying customer like this? So, they just lost a customer and I will go somewhere that my business is appreciated. Try being a little more kind!!

I came in specifically for their fancy machine (not sure what it’s called) and I was told “sorry I’m not gonna start the machine. We’re closing soon”. I’m sorry but as a paying customer you shouldn’t tell the customer that. NEVER again will I go there. And they were way overpriced. I wanted white nails with red nails too. They mixed the red and white and I asked them to fix it and they said “oh it will be fine”

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This place is awful! I was charged $40 for a fill-in and the nails were chipping and coming off in less than a week. The owner did my nails and she is very rude and unprofessional. She was very rough and my nails were sore for over a week! I am surprised this place is still in business

Really sweet people, did an amazing job on my French trips with lots of care not to be rough with my feet(: 5 stars!

Me my mom and my moms Mom went to q nails. FYI we have no idea what our ladies names were. My moms just got off the phone and she all of the sudden started taking her anger out on my mom which I thought was very rude. The lady that did mine was kinda hateful she was jerking my hands and feet she threw nail samples at my grandmother and rudely told her to pick her color. And my grandmothers was just rude she wouldn't do what my grand mother wanted her to do. Normally a nails is on point for us but this time we went it was awful my mom wanted mermaid scales on her toes they looked like w's on them
Try getting back on point q nails 😠😤
