Very Unprofessional &. The Man Was Rushing After I Called &. Asked Was It To Late To Come. I Literally Called A Hour Before They Closed. I Had Got A Simple Short Acrylic Set With A Pedicure &. Gel Polish Change. Than The Lady Was Finishing My Nails While The Man Was Rushing On My Feet. She Kept Sitting The Light On My Lap So My Nails Can Dry While I Was In The Chair For A Pedicure. But The Light Kept Moving Because I Had To Keep Switching My Feet Back &. Fourth. She Didn’t Do My Designs Nothing Like The Picture &. I Was Over Priced For That Bs. The Overall Experience Was Horrible!

When TT not there BEN makes his own rules. How can BEN tell me I can't get what I want if i'm paying for it. This isn't the 1st time BEN have did this so I know it won't be the last so never again will I go back. I'll find somewhere else to go that will give me what I ask for. So looks like TT lost a great customer! Thanks a lot to BEN

Tried them twice first time it was okay second time ...terrible.🤦🏽♀️ They rushed and paid no attention to detail and I spent 130 dollars during this visit.The pedicure was fine but a but rough and didnt give me a heads up on getting hit wax on my feet. Dont do it! Just keep driving passed them and try Classy Nails instead. That's where I was going to next. I went to Nail Arts in Delafield ... I gave em 5 stars!

Was told I couldn’t get powder, had to get gel because I wasn’t getting a full set. I had to remind the tech several times that I wanted my nails to remain in a square shape, still ended up with 4/10 round nails. These are my natural nails so I will have to fix them myself. The tech wasn’t friendly. I only stopped in to get a quick polish change after leaving the dentist….. NEVER AGAIN! Clearly walk-ins are not welcome there.
