I’ve never bled at a wax and this place managed to achieve it. They treat your skin like they are cutting or massaging meat. Never going again.

Worst nail experience of my life. One star is generous.
I paid nearly 70.00 for a pedicure. When i asked them to break down the prices the numbers kept changing.
I spent 3 and a half hours in there because i kept waiting.
The polish was clumpy and thick. Instead of correcting the mess more polish was applied.
I would NEVER go there again.
The girl who worked on my nails reaked of odor.
Do yourself a favor and stay home.

Tom is the best, he does exactly what I ask and he and his staff are always so kind! I recommend trying this place out! It's all about customer service!

The WORST nail salon ever. If you care about your nails do NOT come to this place. They rushed my appointment. I was cut multiple times and every time I told them what I wanted they replied “later” . Tiffany tried ripping off my old acrylic right away without filing /soaking them first...which was painful. I know how the process of getting a full set of mani’s and pedi’s are suppose to go but they continued to disregard what I was telling them. This was not worth $45 . The acrylics were crooked and the powder was super thick and clumpy.
Jimmy & Tiffany were also terrible with customer service. Most of the employees couldn’t understand what I was saying which made it difficult to communicate what I wanted. I should have just stopped them and walked out but I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to make a living. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE if they want what they are paying for.
I asked to speak to the manger and they continued to tell me he does not want to be bothered.
I hope this yelp insert helps interested customers. Hopefully they think twice about coming to this place. It was my first time there and THE ONLY reason I will be going back is for my refund.
