I like to take my business to places I get great service from. Cocos replaced my previous long time commitment to Golden Nail Spa. When management changed the quality went down. Here at Cocos I feel like it's hit or miss. I can have a fantastic experience and be very satisfied with my service or it could be the exact opposite. They aren't very consistent. Last night I went in and watch them turn away three clients because they said they were busy. They asked me if I would change my request from the spa pedicure to an Express pedicure because they were very busy. I told them it was okay I would just go somewhere else. 5 minutes later they asked me to have a seat and completed my pedicure. The entire time I felt like I was being ridiculed in their conversation. I did not feel comfortable or welcome. I felt as though I forced them to do the job that was requested.

Really bad customer service (rude, no thank yous and over just unpleasant demeanor) and the lady doing my pedicure cut me and I’m not 100% sure she cleaned the tool after...
Will not be going back and I wouldn’t ever recommend this place

I use to love it here but now I will never come back! I went with mother sister and daughter for pedicures, alot of money was spent and we were the only people there at first... Anyways they were super rude! My daughter is 2 and I asked for her toes to be painted, mind u she's very good about getting her toes done, well they were rude and acting like they didn't wanna do it then started talking in their language and someone walked in and grabbed them, I asked who's doing my daughters and nobody would answer, finally one said we don't like doing kids that young I said okay but she won't move, she rolled her eyes and kept on the other ladies! Then I had different colors on my toes, a different lady from who i had came to put a little drawing on my toe and started taking off the nail polish, I asked what she was doing she said its better to be the same color so the drawing can be white I said no I want it the way it was and she said no its better this way, I told her to go I'm not dealing with them anymore . She didn't even care and asked if I was ready to pay. Lmao ru kidding? ! Then was rude to my sister the whole time, told my sister not to get the color she got Cuz it doesn't look good. Every 2 secs they're talking in their language about u! That place has really gone down, I would never recommend to go there unless u want someone making u feel uncomfortable and putting u down!

I have been going here for years, only because they are down the road from my house. Today will be my last! They are RUDE! Constantly talking about you in Vietnamese to each and laughing. Today I finally asked them what they were saying because whatever it was they found it hysterical! And 3 of them proceeded to give me 3 different stories. Not only that but I have seen them be rude to older ladies, mean to little girls and unprofessional. I have been knicked and cut more times than I can count, if I get the wrong person. And NOW their prices have gone WAY up. Definatly NOT worth it!!!!! I never leave reviews but I go out of my way to support good local small businesses and i feel like the owners of this place have let this s*@$ go on way to long. I will take my money else where and support another local small business WOMEN who deserves it!

Sonny has been doing my nails for the past 7 years. He always does a beautiful job! Very meticulous. Love Coco nail salon.
