Gave this shop a chance twice and both times the lady/owner was rude to her customers. She was rough with me kept yanking my hands as if she didn’t want to serve me and kept stopping to check her phone, go to the back, change the tv, open mail...it was ridiculous, I eventually told her nevermind, paid her $10 for filing and left because she obviously didn’t want to do business with me for whatever reason.

I recently paid a visit to this place yesterday. It is very cluttered, unsanitary, and the workers have very poor work ethic. I asked for French tip nails with the dipping system. As she did my nails she continued to judge my hands multiple times that they were very ugly with a lot of dead skin, and that I need to get that taken care of. She was already cutting me and making me bleed from smoothing out my nails with her tools that I didn’t want her to mess with anything else. When I continued to tell her that I was in pain she didn’t bother to say sorry, but instead said “oh that’s not My fault.” I should’ve got up and left at this exact moment, but I didn’t. When she was almost done she grabbed the UV light and I asked her if she was going to put my nails under that because I’ve gotten dip nails done before and never have they put my hands under the UV light. She continued by saying “oh idk that’s not my problem.” So I replied with “excuse me but it’s just a question” she then replied with “ok whatever!” As soon as she did this I was very fed up! I got up with my unfinished nails and said “excuse me but I’m the customer you will not treat me like this. You’ve insulted me many times, cut my fingers, and now you’re having attitude with me. No wonder it’s dead in here because you have very poor work ethic and are very rude. I will not pay for this!” As soon as I said that she ran towards the door so that I would not leave. I asked her nicely to move and she didn’t move an inch. I was forced to pay $50 for work that was undone, sloppy, and just plain ugly. I will now be filling a complaint to the state of Texas so that they can close this location down or do something, so that no one has to go through this again. Never in my life have I been so disrespected and I really hope this does not happen to anyone else. Please consider going somewhere else before coming to this disgusting, unethical, unsanitary place.

The technician was too rough, she kept cutting my cuticles with the drimmel. Nails did not turn out great at all. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Very rude poor customer service. I wanted to get my nails painted with a design. She said she would paint my nails but I would have to come back for a design she didn’t have time. There was one person there besides me. I won’t be back!

Came on a Friday afternoon with no wait and good service. Didn't check reviews first but it wasn't as abhorrent as many make it out to be with their 1 star reviews. Place is messy with papers and boxes everywhere but quickly realized its because the manager is a bit scatterbrained but very sweet. I got a good quality shellac manicure and deluxe features pedicure with herbal skin products. This was my first time here and I came because the place I normally go to had at least 5 people ahead of me in line and the tech told me it would be a 10 minute wait (yeah...would have been at least 45 minutes waiting and I hate when they do that) so I hopped over the next block and tried this place. Its in a nice shopping center with good location. An older man came in about 10 minutes before I was finished and the manager said he comes to see her every 10 days for a pedicure so they must be doing something right. Wouldn't bring a bridal party here if you wanted it to be fancy but its good for a regular mani pedi during the workweek that's close to my job.
