The owner, Leo, is a wonderful and caring person. Unfortunately, the majority of his staff is rude, unfriendly, and have no problem speaking in their language when they want to say negative things about customers. Very disappointed because the guy Mike who waited on me did a great job on my nails, but when I asked for a clean towel after he placed a dirty one down to paint my toes, he became rude and belligerent. He can barely understand or speak English and had the audacity to treat me like I was asking too much....for a clean towel. This is it for me, I have tried to give this place my business, money and time, tips. I will never return. Leo, I suggest customer service training for your staff...people are more customer service conscious than ever before.

Very best salon in flint!!! reasonable prices and ran very well. I also enjoy “Lovely Nails” but this salon is much more elegant and better managed! highly recommend

Very disappointed. Have been going there for awhile now. Noticed a spot on my nail. Turned out to be fungus. Webt in to have all my nails taken off. And they kept asking where I was going. Really don't take the blame. Every time I would ask if I need to take the nails off and put new on and they would say no it is good. They didn't want to help. When asked what to do for the fungus they didn't want to help either. Never going back.

Translation was mixed up how I wanted my nails when tech realized I didn't want the pricey nails whole attitude changed she didn't want me to use nail color she had used for my toes for my fingernails until I complained. Don't like when they talk to each other in their language I feel it's rude

Got a shellac manicure was horrible. I asked why they don't soak nails to be able to get cuticles she just gave a wierd look. Not even a week and couple chips. Guess it's back to have repaired but wont spend any more money there
