I have been going here for years and they WERE the best. They’ve changed ownership and management several times lately and now the quality is hit or miss. Further, the current woman who seems to be the head manager is rather rude and the customer service having to deal with her is awful. Bottom line, you used to be able to trust all the nail techs to do a great job and to be treated with respect. Not so anymore and that’s a shame. Several of my friends and I are now looking for a new salon after many years of faithful customers who felt good recommending them. Does anyone have any suggestions? We’d appreciate it. We’re done.

Holy Amazeballs!! This is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to!
From the moment we walked in Vovo was right there with a friendly smile and sounded sincere when she welcomed my daughter and I just 30 minutes to close. There were no complaints or disapproving looks like I have experienced at other salons. All the way to the very end they truly made me feel welcome. Even when my very detailed nails took an hour past close to complete. Everyone there even made me feel like my 4 year old daughter was welcome. They had such a good attitude and she had a great time.
Not only did they listen to me but even made suggestions based on their experience and expertise. Lynn did an incredible job on the design and shaping of my nails. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she actually improved upon my request. I am so proud of these nails! Well worth every penny!! I will never go anywhere else

This is the nail salon to go to! Since I moved to the area and found this spot. I won't go anywhere else. They're timely, professional, funny and creative. The dip powder has transformed my life! Thanks VoVo and Leslie for your skills and time!

Wow! I just left this shop and it is one of the most beautiful shops I’ve been to! Gorgeous setup and it feels very luxurious inside. Friendly staff and my shellac mani is perfect! I’ll definitely be back.

This salon is beautiful and very clean! They have so many options to choose from. I am very picky and I couldn’t be happier with my shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. The staff is so friendly and nice.
