Went to Best Nail Spa because my friend recommended them. I got dip nails and the nail technician had no idea what she was doing. After over an hours of her working on them they weren’t what I asked for. The tech couldn’t seem to file them in the same shape or length at the tip which caused them to wind up to short and all uneven. Also, when working on my cuticles the technician used the sanding attachment on the drill. Several of my cuticles were bleeding and hurt after. I went back to see if they would fix or remove but they were closed although the hours on google reflected they should still be open.
Update: I went back to the salon and they took the nails off for free and gave me a gift certificate for my next visit. The tech (same one from yesterday) recommended acrylic instead of dip. But I’ve been getting dip for 2 and a half years so I know it was how the nails were done vs the medium used

I have been going here for years on and off. I stopped in for a gel mani and pedi. Peter was great! He did my mani and pedi in a timely manner, and used all the “safe” covid guidelines. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them! I have been growing them out to achieve an acrylic look/length, and Peter shaped and painted them PERFECTLY!!!!

Great swift service, good job on my gel nails and pedicure. They do a stone pedicure as a general service which is nice. They wear masks and have plastic dividers between you and them. I plan on returning great service!
