I've been to this shop several times and I've never had a horrible experience, but I've also never been completely satisfied. Today I went to the shop for acrylic removal and my experience was so unsatisfactory that it caused me to write this review.
To begin.. I'd gotten a full set three weeks ago. One nail was only a week and a half old because I'd broken it and got it replaced.
When Lana began removing my nails things were great. It was quick and as painless as could be expected for acrylic removal. When she got to the nail I'd gotten replaced, she went under the nail so deep that I was bleeding! She'd split the middle of my nail bed and the nail wasn't even completely off yet. She took a break from that finger and proceeded to finish that hand (painless). She then stopped in the middle of my nail removal to take two clients and complete their eyebrows! When she finally came back she quickly finished removing the nails on my left hand. She then returned to the bleeding nail and eventually was able to remove it. It was indeed split in the middle and bleeding! SHE GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER and when it was time to pay she even asked if I wanted to tip. I was extremely unsatisfied. I would have attached a picture of my nail for reference, but that is not allowed on google reviews. If interested the picture is posted on my yelp review.
I went to the shop to minimize the damage of acrylic removal. I should have removed the nails myself!

Went as a late walk in on a Sunday with no problem. Got a deluxe pedicure and because of my sensitive skin, they found a less fragrant lotion to use for my leg and foot massage. I'll be back.

This is place is hit or miss. Either they are great or they don't want to be bothered with you. I've been getting shellac manicures for years. There was a problem with their LED light machine drying my shellac and instead of switching out the machine they blamed the problem on my 'bumpy nails' huh? I've never had anyone say that before and walked in with shellac. They were rude and the customer service was appalling. My hit or miss days are over. I will never be back again

They are so unprofessional!
I called and asked if they had time to slide me in. They said come in an hour which was 6pm i got there 10 mins before ended up waiting an hour and 20 mins to get my nails done.
Then i asked well can i get some kind of discount for my wait which was so damn long. They said no right away and laughed about it in my face to everyone in the nail shop.
I figured it was worth the try to atleast ask but wasnt expecting the attitude.

They do quality nails, pedicures and waxing. All the ladies ate quite friendly (except for 1 but she's entertaining) If you haven't been there, you should go....Chill and Fill is right next door for before or after "rehydration". OR just have a glass pf wine at Spoil Me.
