I was looking to get a manicure in NYC with what time I had left before a midday flight out. This hidden in plain sight gem was perfect. It is the Elizabeth Arden company salon and they offer the full variety of services. The manicure I had was amazing and very well priced. There’s relaxing waiting areas and the staff all treat you very well. I will make it a habit to come here when I am in the city.

Appalling service. Staff was ignorant of their policies and took an hour to process my gift certificate. An entire hour!!! Longer than my 50 minute massage which was long gone history after the stress they put me through. If I could put lower than one star I would. It was embarrassing. Because they didn't recognize the image they were trying to deny me. That's like the Starbucks cashier saying we don't accept you're gift card because we don't recognize the image (of which there are dozens in variety). Don't worry "We've seen the one with the flowers". So you're safe there. That's only the half of it. Maybe you'll get the full story another time. The staff was condescending, confused, and they truly ruined my experience at the great door.

First time ever having a facial and I had a wonderful first experience. I had Kate and she was very gentle, kind, & knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything she was doing step by step, & told me what products she would like me to start using consistently and how they work. She was wonderful, will definitely be returning!

Surprised my aunt for a makeover for her birthday and the staff here was so wonderful and understanding. She has Parkinson's disease and they worked with her and made her feel great! She looked amazing also!!

The place to visit, an Amazing Spa.Outstanding experience, wonderful atmosphere.The facility was clean and well maintained.The front end staff was on point, she checked me in, then I was escorted to the Changing area with a smile that to me was service.My masseuse “Ms.Mary” was the BEST she was on time for my appointment came to the lounge introduce herself then gave me a tour of the facility.Then to my massage room.Ms Mary you did a Great job.Cannot wait to be back continue do what you do Best! What an experience.... Highly recommend The Red Door Spa on 5th Ave.
