Staff is always friendly. I have used Davis Harris for over 20 yrs and have had excellent service on dry cleaning and clothing alterations. All my family and friends also use them. I recommend them to all.

My family member took her wedding dress to this establishment to be pressed and steamed... BRAND NEW WEDDING DRESS! They RUINED IT! When she picked it up there were brown marks all over the dress. She pointed it out and asked what happened? They told her that she must have spilled something on it and refused to take responsibility. She took it to another cleaners to see if the damage could be repaired and low and behold...... the other cleaners identified the brown stains all over the wedding dress as chemicals and a dirty press! Davis-Harris Cleaners gave back the money for the cost of their services but still refuse to take responsibility for destroying a WEDDING DRESS that had never been worn! OMG! The wedding is tomorrow and we are all praying that the new cleaners can make it wearable! Thanks for NOTHING Davis-Harris Cleaners and the stress you caused on the bride!

Have been looking for a "quality" dry cleaners in the Leesburg area that will actually press shirts properly. So I gave Davis-Harris Cleaners on Main Street a try even though they charge $2.35 per shirt and $4.95 per trouser. Took four days to have them ready even though they are supposed to do all work "in house". None of the shirts were pressed correctly and water mark stains on every shirt (six) that will require recleaning. But the worst part was trying to review the issues with the employee was infuriating as she had only one answer - "we can only try again." I asked if they actually did the pressing on site and if so, did that employee receive training on how to do it? Yes they press on site but the employee has been trained. When it was pointed out that the pressing was very poor . . .you guessed it . . "we can only try again." It is highly recommended that you stay clear of this business.
