I went in at 9:15 a.m. and didn't leave u til 1:30 p.m. I showed the nail tech a lic of what I wanted. he didn't understand and another tech had to translate, my cuticles their electric nail file drill. I had to make them take off the set Shawn did. I sat over an hour in the pedicure water. the pedicure tech was very rough after I informed him I was diabetic. they still charged me full price after gluing my skin to my nails, which is still stuck.

Service was super slow. Got there at 6 for a pedicure and full set...didn’t leave until after 9pm and was only able to get my pedicure done. I was told to come back the next day for my nails because they were “tired” I was literally the last customer to leave even though other customers getting similar services came in after me. Prices are too high for the quality of work they do. The only reason I gave it two stars is because of the nice lady who did my pedicure. Maybe they should start respecting all of their customers the same instead of treating one race better than the other.

I only got a pedi because my job doesn't allow for me to have nails. I'm very please with the service I received.

My sister in law and I went to get a pedicure today. When we sat at the pedicure bowls my sister in law told the youngest guy working there that her water was cold and he told her, so. Therefore she told him she was only going to pay half of what it cost for the pedicure. He told her no she was going to pay double since she had a bad attitude. Then we sat in the pedicure chair with our feet in cold water for an hour and twenty minutes without having a pedicure or anyone checking on us to see if we were alright or to apologise for it taking so long to get to us. We ended up drying our own feet off and leaving without having a pedicure. That will be the last time we patron this business. I wouldn't even suggest this business for anyone else. The only reason I gave them one star is I had to put at least one star to leave feedback. This business gets zero stars from me.

Service was quick but my nails are so weak I asked the technician to make my nails thick with the acrylic.... How ever 1 day later I have a broke nail..... The prices are too high for basic design or diamonds.....
