I really like this salon. I had been going somewhere else for the past couple years and their service really plummeted so for the past few months I have been searching for the right place to make my go-to salon. I found it at Cha! They do an exceptional job for the same affordable prices that you'll find anywhere else. Their nail techs are friendly and nice to you. I'm picky about my dip and I have not had any complaints about the two manicures I have gotten there so far.

Chanails does the best job in Houston! I am a regular customer of Jessica’s and I do dipping on my nails… which I love! My nails last for a long time because they use high-quality products and they are very particular about how they do your nails. The pedicures are also so relaxing- their chairs are great, good massage while you get your pedicure. I love that I can get my nails and my feet done at the same time!
I highly recommend this salon, Jessica and her cousin, Kate, are hard workers and try very hard to please their clients.

Excellent service! Cute place! Great price! Absolutely love love love this nail salon! Very classy and contemporary. My pedicure was awesome, they took their times! No complaints!

I tried this place out for the first time today and I will definitely be returning! It was very clean, everyone was super nice and they were able to execute exactly what I wanted! They also have a huge selection of colors in polish, gel and SNS, which worked out for me because I'm VERY indecisive when it comes to a nail color. If you're looking for a new nail salon, I highly recommend!

Nice place! Wait is on the long side but They do give complimentary beverage and their Customer service is SUPER friendly. Best decor I've seen in a salon by far and the atmosphere is perfect. I had a great pedicure :).
