I really tried to let this go but I would NEVER recommend this salon for acrylics. Thursday night I came in and got them put on for a wedding I was in on Saturday. Friday at 12pm one snapped completely off while typing on my computer, not even after a day of them being on. Luckily I was already making the 45 minute drive out to Brecksville so I stopped and got the nail fixed thinking meh it’s just one I’ll live. Friday evening after rehearsal dinner, I unbuckled my seatbelt and ANOTHER one fell off. When I say it fell off its literally the tip of the nail that is glued on that’s popping off. At this point I’m furious, it was 10pm Friday night I have to be getting ready for the wedding at 8:30am so I have 0 time to get back to fix this other nail. The bridal party and I called the salon to see if I could get a refund because this is ridiculous and my fiancé would have picked it up(I paid cash). I have NEVER had this problem with my nails and at one point I had acrylics for 3 years straight. I was told I will not be given a refund. I didn’t have time Saturday during all of the festivities of BEING IN WEDDING to go get this second nail fixed, it really wasn’t an option. So I just hope I hid my janky nail in all of the pictures. Fast forward to today(Sunday), I am sitting on my couch petting my cat, MY PET CAT, and ANOTHER nail fell off. This salons acrylics and customer service is awful. It was a waste of $55 never ever again would I even consider going back here

I'm not a girly girl by any means. I'm a busy mom, just like all of us so last Friday I decided to take the day off and treat myself to some pampering I haven't had in years. I bite my nails really bad when I'm stressed so my fingers always look horrible and being winter my feet have been severely neglected! I was able to make my appointment online, which was awesome. Morgan did my pedicure and she was so sweet, nice and made me feel totally comfortable and made my feet look and feel amazing! Then poor Rhonda had to do my nails, I think I apologized to her a hundred times about how bad my nails were but she was so sweet about it and put cuticle lotion on my nails before my pedicure so my nails wouldn't hurt when she did them, she helped me pull of my jeans to get my feet in the water for my pedicure since I had the lotion on my hands and throughout doing my nails she kept asking if she was hurting me or if it was okay. She made me feel so comfortable and less self conscious! The whole crew there is amazing, the whole time sitting there I watched everyone help each other with either getting clients set up, cleaning chairs, putting polish away, etc. They will forever be my go to place for my nails and I would recommend them to anyone in town or surrounding areas. Even Fabrizio help set me up under the dryer for my toes! I'm looking forward to going back for my first fill!

*First Time Customer* I had asked for a gel mani/pedi. Two young ladies did my nails, one did my mani the other my pedi. The cuticles on my hands are not pushed back and no attention was given to them. I have skin hanging off along the tops of my fingernails along with the sides of my fingernails. I got my nails done Thursday evening and by Sunday afternoon the corners of my fingernail GEL polish are forming bubbles underneath and coming off. Along the cuticles, the polish is chipping. My toenails seem to be ok thus far, although I can tell it won’t be long until they will start peeling also. Sadly, all this for $90. I couldn’t get anything fixed because they are closed Sunday and Monday.
