I've been going to Phin for approximately 25 years. She's thee best! I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Im shocked at all the negative reviews of this place. I have been coming here for years and years, always go to Phin, at the front desk. Shes amazing, she will take me at 830-9:00 at night (like last night) with no problem. Sweetest lady ever, I initially STARTED coming here because they do $35 eyelashes that are amazing. I've NEVER had a bad experience with Phin. If you're a super impatient person maybe go somewhere else because sometimes I do wait 20-30 minutes for her to help me but she's worth it.

Worst service I've ever experienced! I went in for a wax and the lady said it would be 10 minutes, more than 15 minutes later i asked how much longer and she said 30 more minutes! She could have told me that the first time then i wouldn't have bothered to wait! Definetly never going back there!

Very bad place to get your nails done.Very unprofessional.I was getting acrylics for the first time so i didn't know what to expect. Lady was doing my nails and I was in pain and didn't give me what I wanted.I kept telling her but she wasn't listening to her client.So bad i was in tears.Never going there again!
