it’s a nice atmosphere. they are friendly. but aren’t good at doing nails. went their for acrylics. paint chipped off like the day after I got them done. my nails were crooked because they had two different people doing my nails. & they totally came out crooked. wanted coffin nails. they weren’t even coffin. asked for them to be long & she cut them short & said oh no those to long. honestly would not come back again.

I came here for the first time for a pedicure and no chip mani. The lady did a good job on the pedicure, but it was almost as if a different person did the manicure- it’s prob the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The polish wasn’t close to the cuticles at all- it already seemed like I needed fill-ins. Also since the polish wasn’t close to the cuticles they all looked uneven and crooked. Some of the polish was bumpy too. I was sad when I left lol. I wish I had taken a picture. I would go to nails first instead in palatine- almost everyone there does great job.

Always a pleasant atmosphere. Reasonably priced service as well. Will return again if I'm in the area.
