fail in customer services ! I went to pick up a prescription for my son he is a minor and Naomi the girl in the counter she look so lost in the computer looking for my prescription she didn't even look and told me my prescription was expire !! I called the Drs office and they told me they have the worst customer services because they don't want to check up the system . well!!! happened almost every month with my son prescription I did the line again and asked her to check the system and she told me she don't need to check again.this is incredible !!! she suggest talked to the pharmacist I did and HE FOUND IT !!!! NAOMI YOU NEED TO BE RE-TRAIN AGAIN SHAME ON WALGREEN HAVE EMPLOYEES WITH NASTY ACTITUD !! this happened Friday 2-28-20 .Walgreen in wilcrest !! please re-train your employees!! because we need buy the medicine from you !!with temper tantrum you don't resolve problem is part of your job check the system and take your time that medicine is important for the person .

this place is very very very slow and unhelpful and it is really slow. i would not bring my dog medication here to get filled. They do not talk to people with respect or any thing. i ask for a phone call from the GM or someone higher then that person. Still no one have got in touch with me. I am to the point of file a complaint with BBB on this Walgreen. Also they do not deserve any stars but Google review will not allow you to post a review without clicking on a star

I had never been so humiliated, disrespected, looked down at and embarrassed while checking out at this Walgreens. I have been coming in to this Walgreens for the last 20 years and I will never walk back in after spending hundreds of dollars each week I can't even begin to tell you how much I've spent over the last 20 years at this Walgreens. the lady behind the counter was very rude disrespectful and inconsiderate when asking her to check a price for a pair of glasses that was priced 9.99 and was rung up at 19.99 the lady was very rude and said I was being disrespectful and then the manager came up and was agreeing with the lady behind the counter and didn't even try to help me this used to be one of my favorite places to go coming home from work before going home in the last 20 years and I would never recommend this Walgreens to anyone I have been working in customer service myself for the last 25 years and I wouldn't have handled it the way the manager handled it

I requested a 90 day prescription, my doctor says they never requested it. I ran out, a week later because they didn't call me or the doctor.
I requested another refill and to make it a 90 day prescription, a week later I ran out. Walgreens called my doctor's office on Sunday, he was actually there, and he approved it. My doctor was only contacted on the second request, the one done on Sunday.
I am moving my prescriptions.

This use to be an awesome store. Every time I go in to this location and go to check out the cashier is on their cell phone. The last time I was in there I had to wait while the girl running the register proceeded to have a very loud argument on her cell phone before helping me. Have now chosen to go to another location that is farther away.
