Got the most AMAZING lash extensions from Emily, She took her time discussing with me what style and length I would prefer. She showed me many examples and gave her professional opinion on what kind of lashes and length would suit my eye shape the best.
She made the whole process very comfortable, my eyes usually burn when I get lashes applied but there was absolutely no pain at all she was so gentle. Two weeks later my lashes still look great and can’t wait to go back and get a fill with her!

The staff is friendly. I love the option to text for an appointment. Parking is tight, but that is true in Excelsior overall. Tiffany is back!!! I enjoyed the mani and pedi from Ken today.

My sister and I recently went to Excelsior Nail and Day Spa as a gift. My sister got what I would describe as an average pedicure. I on the other hand, was subjected to a painful ordeal that left me with bruising and discomfort. I reached out to the salon several days later to let them know my experience. Not only did they seem indifferent, but they did nothing to ease my concern that this wouldn’t happen to someone else. We will not be returning. If I could award less than one star I would. I am working on attaching a picture to show the outcome of my “relaxing” pedicure.

Usually get great treatment and pedicure here regularly... Came in this time with my friend who speaks Vietnamese and mandarin, left insulted and with jaggedly cut pinky toes and completely uncut and excessively long other toenails. Had to file it myself when I got home, will have to cut it too but that will ruin the paint. The paint was uneven and even smudged in some areas I noticed before I paid but didn’t want to make a big deal of it. Not sure if it’s because they assume 19/20 year olds won’t pay as well or because the staff was a bit different. Obviously left a poor tip for my awful pedicure.
Won’t be spending my money here anymore.

Kendra is extremely professional and REALLY takes her time making the lashes fit YOU. I'm honored to have her do my lashes. They are beautiful. She really is in the right field and is going to go far with her skills.
