At first I loved going to top nails tony was great would listen to what you wanted the last time I went he didn’t even ask what colors i wanted them I said it didn’t look good for me for got snappy and said he do no more design for me that’s fine my nails look like a kid painted them this isn’t the first time with me I thought he was having a bad day and let it slide once but when I paying for it it should be what I asked for. There won’t be a next time I’m a loyal customer if you treat me right so I’m saying by to top nails. Wish y’all luck

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The lady got gel polish all over my cuticles and palm of hands. Any one that gets gel polish knows not to get gel polish on the cuticles because it will just peel right off. She did not complete all steps for a manicure on both hands but rudely insisted she did. She missed painting half my nail, and when I said something about it, she was hateful when saying she will get to it. When paying, the lady gave me a dirty look when I didn't leave a tip. This nail salon was the worst I have ever experienced! The service I received was beyond unacceptable.

Tony was nice with excellent customer service. My nails came out great. His wife did my brows and that was ok (3/5), not exactly the shape I wanted but they were good people with no issues.
