No Stars Given. They are Rude and Unprofessional- NEVER NEVER EVER get your nails done at Nail Tech 22551 Gratiot Ave, Eastpointe, MI 48021. My shellac nail polish chipped after 2days which has never happened before. I had to wait an hour to be seen by the man who did them. After, polishing my 6 nails he told me he did it for free this time (as if he was doing me a favor) but next time he would have to charge me. I said excuse me but you just polished my nails 4 days ago and my polish chipped. He said leave (as if I was wasting his time). Excuse me that was rude. So, I got up and told him... I WOULD NEVER COME BACK. He said ok.
Customer/Client service is very important to me because building relationships is what I do for a living. Treating people with respect is being a good human.

The store opens early and I love that! Friendly staff, efficient, and my nails looked great.

#3 was a very rude man. He rushed while providing me services then asked for a tip! Never again! Also ladies if a salon doent have the plastic in the pedicare tubs do not put your feet in it! ( this place doesn't) Its unsanitary! The bags are to be thrown after each customer! Never coming back!

I have been going to this place since 2007 and Victor has been my nail tech ever since ... anyone ask me where a good nail place is I tell them Nail tech table number 3 each time
