we were some of the last customers boy did we feel it we were new trying this place out did i mention GO SOMEHERE ELSE
Pedicure was great lady had limited english but warm greeted us made us feel welcomed did a WONDERFUL job her name is KIM so ladies if u want a pedicure ask for her but then the manicure my poor mother-in-law not the number or color she picked out not to mention she could have done a better job at home she never complains she was mad says it all!
Chipped hrs later JUNK POLISH!
Now my acrylics asked for a flare acrylic picked out a cat eye guy said NO NO they offer it in the nail samples for every request guy was a JERK not just that in customer sevice working that close to especially women brush ur teeth at some point of day or take a mint did i mention JERK RUDE i should have got up and left but my mother-in-law being the sweetheart she is was treating me to a girls day had to be quiet and let it go i ended up with uneven acrylics thin they bend not to mention when shaving them the guy must not know what it feels like was super ruff my favorite part was the lady and guy both ignored us spoke to each other in their language the bill was brought over Motherinlaw signed it and immediately lady looks at it and says something to the guy how uncomfortable when u dont know the language and they both spoke english too
im bilingual i know out of courtesy to anyone who doesnt know ur language u speak language that everyone understands its RUDE ! NOT to mention the pestering child who bugs all the cutomers with 100 questions find a babysitter the child shouldn't be at a nail salon they should be home enjoying being children!
So if ur looking for JUNK POLISH and products, CRAPPY JOB, pestered by a child AND BEING TALKED ABOUT OR COMMENTED ABOUT IN UR FACE THIS IS UR PLACE!

The lady was so rough on my feet and I had to say “ouch” multiple times! Also I’m pretty sure they took an actual cheese grater to the bottom of my feet to remove the dead skin! Won’t go there again!

I visited the shop yesterday and will surely not be returning. The man that did my manicure did not take off all of the old nail polish and my cuticles still look a mess. Since the man was obviously in such a rush, there was nail polish on the skin around my nails and bubbles in the finished product. I honestly can do a better job myself.
