As many other reviewers the service is bad and the quality of work is bad as well. I received SNS on Thursday by Wii on Saturday 1 nail was chipped, 1 had came off and the on 7 other nails my nail were separating from SNS. I went to get the nails repaired Lena told me if I use my hands and if I tap on the desk that would separate the nails from the SNS.... What?!? 🙄.... I told her that is not true I had SNS on my nails prior to this set for 3 weeks. She had an attitude and I don't care you will repair my 2 nails, get the bad review and I will not come back. Period. Poor service and I will not patronize your business.

Super disappointed in the service today. Walked in no one said anything to us. They were busy so I wasn’t bothered by it. However, Kim was very rude to me my sister and mom. After sitting for an hr waiting Abby told us it would still be a wait. I asked her should we just come back another day. She said no just letting you know it’s a long wait I said that’s fine I been coming here for years. We can wait I came at 4:30 at 5:45 Kim yelled at my sister we’re closed we’re closed we were sitting over there for over an hr and mind you I asked Abby if we should come back another day she said no. The prices are cheap but the customer service is just terrible. I been noticing that for some time now bring my mom and sister today was the last straw. They think we as Black people are supposed to expect terrible customer service and be spoken to any type of way. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest others do the same!
