This place is great! Elly was amazing. I can't speak for other technicians but she was kind and very professional. It is a very clean and relaxing establishment.

My first experience getting acrylic nails at this nail salon ended in a disaster. I went to get my nails done for prom and we all know that’s a very special event for a girl. About the third day of having the acrylic on, it seemed that they were already detaching from the bottom of the nail. Usually when I get acrylic they last for a while but these nails lasted for a total of 9 days. I went back to the nail salon and the owner told me that they could take the nails off but with an extra charge of $15. She also said that she could not give me the service for free and only offered a discount on the $15 because “the workers don’t work for free”. Personally I think she doesn’t know how to deal with customers properly and doesn’t accommodate her clients. She doesn’t care about losing customers either. Use this as a future reference if this ever happens to you.

Never had a problem with any nail salon ever and this is my first time writing a review. Bottom line I have a problem with the boss of this establishment. A 45 min job ended up taking 2 hours, had to have the gel taken off because it didn’t dry properly(how that happens I have no idea) and I was very professional and respectful when talking to her but she however wasn’t too respectful. Customer service is how you get/keep your customers and I am so dissatisfied I will never step foot here again and will never recommend. Not worth it

Very nice cozy place and very well clean but I am just 13 and the ladies there were giving me and my mother dirty looks, like if there was something wrong with me and my mother getting their nails done but I really don’t see why they would give me and my mother nasty looks

I had a great experience here, best nail salon in Cliffside Park that I’ve been too. Not just the quality of my nails but also the service, they went above and beyond. It’s super clean and cozy, they definitely have a frequent customer from now on.
