Said I wasn't going back, gave them another chance, and they blew it again. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

Don't like having to come back because things were not done correctly the first time. Unfortunately, I just felt like a number here. I understand it's a business but they move so fast trying to get to the next customer that their work is suffering. I gave a tip, no one said thank you. Then when I came back because of my nails chipping in 2 days, they wanted me to pay more money. This was not my first time. I have been a customer for a while. Won't be back

Be careful who you let do your nails here. I have had two bad experiences at this nail salon. One of the gentleman applied nails, several very crooked, when I asked him to do them over he just tore them off of my fingers with a tool (very painful). Today I went in for a color change. The gal insisted that I had shellac nails and I did not. (I painted them myself with Sally Hansen) not only was she rude, but she also removed my nail polish with a Dremel tool, damaging my nails putting ridges in them. Also painful. Be careful who you let do your nails at this salon.
