The owner Tony is incredibly RUDE and can care less about the customer. The best way to show your a person that the customer is the business, is to not spend your money there. I will not visit this place again. There are salons out there that value their customers just not this place.

I always go to Nikki. She's great. The store overall is good, nice environment but they need a better system for people coming in other than sign up sheets.

I’ve been coming here for the last eight months and I’ve never had an complaint. I’m always satisfied with my nails and the customer service is everything!! I highly recommend this nail shop because even tho they be packed, Tony and staff know the true meaning of GREAT customer service and quality!
#7 is really good, she’s my favorite!!!

Where should I start, well if I could give them no stars I would. They are very rude and money hungry. These people do not no how to do their jobs the correct way; especially the fat girl Amy and Lisa.The owner Tony is ugly (nasty attitude) like his wife, like the people that comes here to get an great customer service experience owes them something. Doesn’t care about the community they work in... Long story short, I will and do NOT recommend them for any kind of services. Take it from me do not waste your time and money.👎🏾🙅🏾♀️🚫

I tried best nails because it is close to my house. I arrived at 10:30 on sat and the wait times were more than 2 hours. I left and came back around 6 pm. Ming (wife of the only man that works there) was incredibly rude. She cut my nails too low and did not want to acknowledge that she made a mistake. Instead of her correcting her wrong she started getting hostile and disregard my claims against her. I will never be back. This population of people do not like they community they service, just just want their money.
