I rely on reviews when I go to new places, and most of the nail places were closed due to the holiday, but right after I got a coffee at the Starbucks (same parking lot area), I saw this little nail salon. This one did not appear in my previous search, so I wanted to write an honest review. First, I am giving this salon a 5/5 because I received exactly what was expected and advertised, not something "outstanding" or "fancy." I was greeted at the door, was given a chair for a pedicure immediately (no other customers were waiting) as a walk-in, and all of the staff was friendly but not overly talkative. They were fast, and no "frill" and got the job done. The attention to detail was lacking slightly, so this was neither the best or worst pedi/mani I have received. I would go here again, especially if I needed to get in and out. Thank you!

Went in for a facial wax. The person who serviced me was very rude by insisting that I shaved my facial areas with a razor of which I insisted i plucked the hair out. She waxed my chin and features and picked a few hairs. She insisted to tell me that's all she can do. I looked in the mirror and thought I saw it looked ok. When I got home I looked in my magnifying mirror only to see what looked like nothing was done. I tweezed all of it and decided I would not be going back there again. Not only was it a poorly done job she was extremely rude. I have been been getting facial waxes for over thirty years and am experienced to know that this could have been completely done much better. This certainly was not the case. I was very disappointed as I am new to the area and was looking for a good salon to get nails and waxing done on a regular basis. Certainly this was not the place.

My nails look like my 9 year old painted my nails and toes and when you nicely critique the nail tech a d as for what you want she seems irritated. My eye brows are also mediocre. Its was a rip off. I will never waste 59 bucks here again. The shop looks like my nails messy. I would recommend that you spend your money at my spa and nails across the shopping center if you choose to stay in the shopping center. Why more quality of work there

This is a horrible place to get your nails done. I had 2 nails break within 7 days. Paint chipped in 2 days. The worst nail salon that I have ever visited. The Tech didn't have all the tools to do gel nails. She got upset when I questioned her about it. I'll NEVER EVER go back there again.

Horrible job, will not ever recommend to anyone. Very rushed job, the nail tech didn't try to shape nail. Nails where uneven and did not have a natural look w/ gel.
