Hmm what can I say about this place... went in couldn't understand a word they were saying only wanted a pedicure asked for gel they just pointed, when I proceeded to walk over to look at the colors are lady shoved a basket into my hands said "gel gel this" very unprofessional. Picked my color sat down water was fine, ac didn't work and became hot quickly the chair you sit in didn't work properly, when it came to the lady using the cuticle clipper she was EXTREMELY rough on my toes and even cut one of my toes I started to bleed and told her she was to rough, she put acetone on my toe which made it burn. Bottom of my feet arent smooth used a nasty pumice stone on my feet it was anot extremely horrible experience. None of this was worth the 50 flipping dollars my husband paid. Will never come back and will advise people not to go here.

I love this salon and I have been to the Aveda salon in Reston , which is also very good but perhaps more formal. I'm a relocated New York City woman and I know quality when I see it. Granted this salon is more relaxed than some, but I came here when another salon botched an eyebrow tinting.. I have red hair and they gave me BLACK eyebrows. This place FIXED my color so that it was the perfect shade and looked natural, but better than what I have naturally. Correcting a botched color job is not an easy task. I called 5 other salons INCLUDING the Jouviance salon in Reston and they refused to touch me with a ten foot pole. These ladies are my styling heroes! My color is hard to match. They did an excellent job.
The ladies who work here are hard working and good humored. They know their craft, but they maybe do not fit the passive servile mold of the snootier salons. Their prices are more than reasonable and they are knowledgeable experts. I was very surprised to see such poor ratings especially considering the salon pickings in THIS area! I have not had a haircut here, but I have seen others come out with excellent results. I can definitely recommend them for excellent coloring services and for manicure pedicures. It's a very relaxed environment without being so uptight as to loose its unique personality. I do not go anywhere else for brow shaping and tinting anymore.

my sister went and got her hair highlight and cut....they say they are Aveda Salon, but they aren't they are a regular salon who use Aveda products. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
