This is a great place for a good quality and quick mani/pedi. The ladies that work here are super nice. They do a ton of walk in business, so if you have the chance to call ahead- it really helps. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years for mani/pedi’s and leg waxing. Helen is awesome, and I even had her do my daughter’s brow wax. Trish is great with nails- she fixed my daughter’s nails after a bad acrylic job at another place. But if they aren’t available- I’ve used whoever and been very pleased!!

This is a very well run nails salon. It is extremely clean, the latest selections of colors and excellent service. It is really first class.

Horrible service & racist! Don't waste your time or money. I had the worse experience yesterday I went into the shop & wasn't helped until an hour later of course by then I just got up & left. On top of that's 3 other people walked in & were helped while I waited patiently !! Then I finally caught on that they weren't interested in helping me

I've been coming to this salon for twelve years. I moved out to the suburbs years ago and still drive all the way to Westheimer just to get my nails done. I've read some of the reviews below...I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at River Oaks!
