It was our first time here, and mainly because the reviews on Yelp indicated that there were no communication issues with staff.
It is a very nice facility. The gentleman who answered the phone spoke decent English and understood what we asked for.
When we arrived, the techs honestly did not speak very good English, although interestingly, they could understand us and do what we asked, but it was difficult to answer questions back that they asked of us.
Their actual skill at their services was very good. They carry some unusual types of nail polish that I don't always see at other places (e.g., glitter gel). Also, I have issues with diabetes, and they were very gentle with my feet and did not hurt me.
I definitely would come back again, but I do hope that they work on training their staff to enunciate better in English.

Ugh. Well they weren’t interested in doing my nails. However they didn’t mind quoting shorter time and pleasantly greeting the fairer skinned women that walked in behind me. The manager (male) told the woman that walked in behind me to proceed to a pedi chair and then recalled I was there first (you could see how annoyed he was). I politely told him that I’m gonna go home and thank you. He asked “you go home”? The relief on his face was paramount. Leesburg, I guess. I should be use to it, happen a lot around here. Off to Arlington where my skin color doesn’t matter.

Dropped off my my daughters and paid for a full pedicure but they only received polish their feet didn’t even go in the water... was very disappointed in the customer service that day and the rude lady I had to deal with. I will not return.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR EYEBROWS I came in to get some of the hair taken off my lip and was talked into a brow was to remove some of the small hairs. Left with half of my eyebrow gone

I’ve been to many different nail salons, and while this one is a bit pricier than others the quality is superb. My Chi is very skilled at what she does.
