My nailss turned out horrible and I will not be returning. My polish wasn't dry on my feet and it messed up on the way home. Price went up, quality went down 👎

Horrible. My mom decided at the last minute she wanted to get her nails done after her pedicure. I could tell the guy had an attitude when she changed her mind. I thought about telling her No when he walked over and and flipped the armrest from under her without saying excuse me. However, I kept my composure because I did not want to be “the angry customer”.. Did I mention we went last Thursday June 18th to get our nails done and my nails look HORRIBLE and today is Wednesday June 24th.

How you treat people who are spending money at your establishment Matters. When you greet people of other races when they come in. But when a African American comes in. You don’t say anything but “what do you need”. Then expect a great tip ? Also you shouldn’t charge 30 for a pedicure just to only pick at the cuticles around the nails like cmon ?!

I had a wonderful experience with Ann's nails. They got my friend and I right in. The ladies were so sweet, complimented my new bracelet and asked why type and shape of nails I wanted and they turned out fantastic. Great place to go! Will definitely keep going to them for nails.
