It's been pretty hit and miss every time I come here but they have my favorite color and I can only find it here. The tech put the wrong acrylic on so I couldn't get the color I wanted because it's only available in dip powder. I only go here because I want this specific color. So she put on a different color which was blue glitter and only did 2 coats so it was patchy as hell. When I asked for more coats so it looked better she globbed on one coat that leaked over the edges so now my nails weren't even or straight. Worst nails I've ever gotten done but there are some good techs here who have done amazing jobs before.

Their service is lousy. When they make a mistake, they will reluctantly fix it, but be prepared to wait for a good 2 hours. The owner will stroll past you and pretend she doesn't notice that you've been sitting and waiting. It's unacceptable for a salon to make a mistake on simple things like a gel manicure, or a regular pedicure more than once... it happened to me 4 different times... one time the gel manicure kept bubbling and melting off my nails, it took 4 technicians and 2 hours to finally get it done! Another incident...full acrylic set, "ombre" pink, cost over $80, next morning I noticed that every single nail developed mini air bubbles! I had to go back to get them fixed..spending another day on nails that should have been done correctly the first time, especially when you consider how much I paid! I kept going back thinking the next time will be better, but sadly, it never was. The melting 2 hour long gel manicure was the final straw...I will not go back or recommend them to anyone.

Went here for convince, my normal place isn't open on Sundays. Overall experience was ok, took an hour for a fill and to repair two nails. My normal place only takes me 30mins and I come out looking flawless, that was not the case after my visit here. This was my first time so I will give me another shot, but it would only be for convince. Additionally, prices seemed high.

Horrible service... they kept changing the price between three different nail technicians the price was all different there was a man doing my nails and he was so rude and so rough my advice is do not go here...

This salon was not very clean... I watched the lady use dirty utensils and then rinse them off and put them back in the package. That is disgusting... I would not recommend using this place.
