I received pedicure yesterday and realized quite a bit of my nails were not covered with polish. I went back to see if I could get it fixed, the manager asked me to come back when they were less busy; I completely understood. I went back, the manager saw me and simply ignored me and no one offered any assistance. Smh

Worse experience at a nail salon. I had red polish on my toes previously and asked for a French tip this time. Once done my toes still had red all around the corners. I got gel on my nails and it chipped off the next day, plus it looks like I already need a fill. I went back to get it fixed and she missed the whole side of my nail there’s no polish. TERRIBLE would not recommend.

Service was better than other places I have tried. Outcome was not 100% what I wanted but over all good service.

The woman finished my maincure in literally one minute! The nail color didn't stay for even 24hours. Entire waste of money for the hands.
Another lady finished my pedicure, which was good.

I came here three times already and this experience was a little different. I only let them do pedicures on me. But this time I decided to get my nails done. I asked if he can do a natural nail overlay. When I get this service done elsewhere they always shape it thin so it can look like my natural nails. They are so thick and the shape is crooked. I told him that I didn’t like it but he didn’t say anything and just walked away. I thought maybe he would ask how he could fix it but nothing. I was disappointed. I’m so sad that I will have to deal with this for 2 weeks until I can find another shop to correct it 😭
