I had the absolute worst, most unprofessional and detestable experience imaginable. I wouldn't send my pet pig here. They are rude, have a low quality of service and are not concerned with providing a decent service. They refused to do my nails and told me to come back for John. Two women came in while I was getting a pedicure and they were served (of course the woman were white; somehow I feel their prejudice, which is hilarious from another minority). I mean let's be honest Vietnamese have been discriminated against within the Asian culture but they want to be discriminatory towards me, as a black woman! The thing is I speak mandarin a bit and could decipher some of their detestable comments. What a pity that you are a blue collar laborer and judging me!
I would never go here again. The only good thing that was there was my former technician Tina who could speak English well and was personable. I should have left and followed her immediately to Krystal nails on Powers. I will be there with her going forward.

There's no shop like this nail shop. They stay up on the latest trends and there's somebody for everyone. With so many employees, you'll definitely find a favorite in the bunch.. He's quick & good!!!They are very friendly, have great prices and I love the work they all do.

Wow. Definitely one of the better nail salons I've been to. Even though it seemed like a lot of people were waiting on a Friday afternoon, the wait was speedy, with all the customers seemingly happy with the end-results.

It's kind of a 50/50 chance that you'll get good service or have a friendly experience. In other words, I leave there half the time happy. They're expensive which i don't mind paying when the service is good. So I'm still searching for a place that's personable and I leave happy with my nails ALL the time!

My friends and I got our nails done here. I really like how she did it. This is my second time coming back here. I also like the variety of colors that they have. The service is great, too! Thanks LV Nail & Spa .!!!
