I BADLY needed to get a manicure and pedicure. I stopped here after getting my breakfast. This was the best decision of the day. There were a few people there already. They promptly got me in a chair and got to work. They did not try to rush my service. They provided me with a great nail job and I am very happy. If I lived in Sumter they would have a steady customer. BUT if I'm in town this is where I'm definately going.

I’ve had pedicures and manicures with great results. They have SNS nail polish which seems to be so much better on my real nails than acrylic. It wears wonderfully. Most of the technicians don’t speak the best English and do use their phones quite a bit. But I’ll continue going there for the results I’ve received.

The nail techs were amazing, but I almost turned and walked out the door because of the hostess. She was rude and acted annoyed that I had brought my granddaughters with me. I’m glad I stayed because the techs were wonderful, but they will definitely start losing business because of this woman’s poor people skills.

I’m tired of coming here & getting horrible service every time I request a full set. I came in at 5:30 pm for a gel full set and a basic pedicure & the man (arm sleeve tattoo, about mid 20s) immediately told me “that’s too much, I was supposed to leave a while ago.” Gave me an EIGHT minute pedicure, whilst skipping steps, and proceeded to tell me that the TWO coats I wanted on my nails was doing too much. I skipped out on the full set.
There are two African American women that work here that I absolutely love, but as far as the Asian Americans that service me here, they have consistently given me problems as though I am asking too much to do their job.
