I've always had an amazing experience here and never had any issues. The ladies were wonderful! However, yesterday I had a gentleman do my nails. I've never had such a painful and awful experience! My nails are all different lengths, shapes, and different thicknesses. He did no cuticle care and instead just sand paper them off which caused 5 of my fingers to become raw and bleed! If you do go here do not let the gentleman touch you! He just cares about rushing to get you out the door! He didn't even tell me that he was done just got up and left me sitting there for 5 minutes before someone told me he was done. All of that torture cost me horrible nails, bleeding/raw cuticles, and 55 dollars. I hope to go in there and get dull refund once they see the damage that was caused.

My normal nail shop was too busy for a walk in so I went here. They got me in right away and did an amazing job. A little more pricey than my normal place but totally worth it.

These lovely people make sure you are feeling comfortable and deserve the utmost respect. They also did the best job on my nails and I've never liked my nails before this.

I used to go all the time but the service went down hill fast. Yesterday my daughter went to get her nails done for prom (I was at work and did not know) she showed a pic of what she wanted the lady said ok and as she was going my daughter told her that's not how she wanted it and showed the pic again. The lady looked at her and said No those will not look good you would be ugly and refused to do them the way my daughter wanted. She only got her nails and eyebrows done and was charged $80 way over the price.

I hate to be this person and never leave reviews but you should not go here. This place was extremely unclean which I thought was strange since there were about 4 workers sitting on their phones. It was impossible to communicate what I wanted. Needless to say I didn’t get what I asked for, they just did what they wanted regardless what I said. I felt rushed and oddly enough disliked. Lesson learned.
